Eventix ingest

Accepts tracking calls and activities and appends them to the activity stream. Tracking calls are Segment/RudderStack messages, sent on the paths of the Segment HTTP API; each is kept as it arrived and a transformer decides which activities it becomes. Activities can also be sent directly. A 202 means everything in the request is durably stored; what becomes of it is decided after the acknowledgement.

The write key's secret as the user name (pk_live_..., sk_live_... or ik_..., not the wk_ key id), with an empty password.
